A partial advance payment is required to confirm your booking, and the remaining balance must be cleared before the start of the यात्रा or as communicated during booking. Prices are subject to change based on availability, season, hotel rates, fuel costs, and other external factors. Final pricing will always be confirmed before payment.
3. Cancellation & Refund Policy
Cancellation charges depend on the timing of cancellation and type of service booked. Early cancellations may incur minimal charges, while last-minute cancellations may lead to higher deductions. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within a reasonable timeframe after deducting applicable charges.
4. Changes & Modifications
Voyanta Services reserves the right to modify or adjust itineraries, hotels, transport, or services due to operational requirements, availability, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances. We will always try to inform customers in advance whenever possible.
5. Third-Party Services
We work with trusted third-party service providers such as airlines, hotels, transport operators, and visa services. Voyanta Services acts only as a facilitator and shall not be held responsible for delays, cancellations, or service deficiencies caused by these providers.
6. Travel Documents & Responsibilities
Travelers are responsible for carrying valid identification documents such as Aadhaar Card, Passport, Visa, or any other required travel permits. Voyanta Services shall not be liable for any issues arising due to incomplete or invalid documentation.
7. User Responsibilities
Customers are expected to follow all travel guidelines, maintain punctuality, and respect local laws and customs. Any misconduct or violation may result in termination of services without refund.
8. Liability Disclaimer
Voyanta Services shall not be liable for any direct or indirect loss, injury, accident, delay, or damage caused due to factors beyond our control including natural disasters, weather conditions, strikes, political disturbances, or transport issues.
9. Force Majeure
In case of events beyond our control such as floods, earthquakes, pandemics, government restrictions, or other emergencies, Voyanta Services shall not be responsible for cancellations, delays, or changes. Any additional expenses incurred during such situations will be borne by the customer.
